Founding partners Brandt Hoekenga, Christy Hoekenga and Britta Foster have worked in the creative fields of Graphic Design and Marketing for a combined 25+ years…long enough to realize that there’s a better way to do things.
In 2009 the concept of TIV was born. CreaTIV, innovaTIV and collaboraTIV. The new breed of marketing agency, an agency based entirely on the network of resources we’ve developed through the years.
Take away the overhead cost of a big building. Take away the creative limitations of a hired staff. The possibilities are endless…and easily scalable to accommodate any budget.
For all intents and purposes, hiring TIV will feel like hiring a traditional agency. Excellent project management, unending creativity, and the research and expertise to point it all in the right direction. The difference is that we have a much larger pool of creative juices to draw from, we never have availability issues and we have the resources to complete a project quickly. All with the benefits of a single agency overseeing and managing the campaign to maintain consistency. Heck, if you would like us to pretend we’re all in the same building, we can do that for you. But I’m not sure we can figure out how to have hold music while we’re transferring you “upstairs”…
