	BRANDT HOEKENGA My design career began when I enrolled at The University of California, Davis and stumbled into a design program rated 4th in the nation at that time. From that point on there were no more “happy mistakes” on the road to opening TIV, there were just calculated steps to get me there.
	BRITTA FOSTER I've been a closet marketer ever since I launched my first summer day care at the ripe old age of fourteen. Completing my MBA gave me the vocabulary and theory behind what I was already doing. That, combined with twelve plus years of real world experience, has only fueled my fire. These days, whether I'm teaching an executive MBA class for UC Davis, directing a consumer research project, launching a new brand, or planning promotions, my passion for great, effective marketing remains strong.
	CHRISTY HOEKENGA After seven years keeping several highly acclaimed wineries organized, I decided to put my project management skills to the test in the graphic design industry. My own experience in graphic design has proven invaluable while helping guide clients through a wide variety of projects.
